Every pair we make is hand-painted to order, so getting the fit right the first time matters more than it would with an off-the-shelf shoe. Here's how to order with confidence.

Start with the size chart

We keep detailed measurements for both women's shoes and men's shoes. Measure your foot against the chart rather than relying on your usual size in other brands, since fit can vary from style to style.

Still not sure? Ask us first

If you're between sizes, or trying a style you haven't worn before, just reach out before you order. We offer a free sizing consultation, so you don't have to guess.

Buying as a gift

Don't know their size? Choose the "Gift" option at checkout and add the recipient's email. We'll follow up with them directly to confirm sizing, so the surprise stays intact.

If it's not right

Since these are made to order, we offer a free exchange or return within the US if the fit isn't quite right. So there's very little risk in trying something new.
