Return Policy

nafari moda wants you to love your shoes and other than as stated in the conditions contained herein, we will gladly accept your return or exchange the goods (for equal value) if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. 

You can return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Email support@nafarimoda.com with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 3-5 business days with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.
  2. Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

If you're buying nafari moda shoes as a gift or plan to give them to someone else, please reach out to us. We can accommodate delayed shipping, allowing you to retain the 30-day return option from the time of delivery to final recipient.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue as soon as possible and make it right for you.

We want you to enjoy the shoes all day everyday and not worry about the paint coming off. We use waterproof leather paint and add an additional finisher to make sure the design lasts a long time. We do not expect the paint to come off easily, but if for any unforeseen reasons it does, we guarantee a repaint job at no additional charge. The only cost that you cover is shipping. This offer lasts a lifetime.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made products, based on customer-provided design cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Orders to destinations outside of the Canada and United States cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items (marked as final sale) or gift cards.

For Sample Sale products, customers would be responsible for returning the shoes, including any costs, within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the order would not be returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For shoes exchanged more than once, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any subsequent returns after the first exchange. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon approving the return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
