What are nafari moda shoes made of?

Every pair is made from goat-based, luxury Napa Italian leather — soft, lightweight, and comfortable for all seasons. The designs are hand-painted using high-quality, waterproof leather paints, and the shoes are handmade in Italy and hand-painted in the US. All materials are environmentally friendly and EU REACH regulation compliant.

How long does shipping take?

Each pair is uniquely made to order, so please allow 10-15 business days to ship. Standard ground shipping is free on U.S. and Canada orders over $275. International shipping (outside North America) starts at $49 and typically takes 5-7 business days once shipped, though customs delays can add time.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Email support@nafarimoda.com with your order number to start a return, and make sure items are unworn with original tags and packaging. Custom-made products based on a customer-provided design, final sale items, gift cards, and orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if the hand-painted design fades or the paint comes off?

We use waterproof leather paint with an additional protective finisher, so the design is built to last. If the paint does come off, we guarantee a free repaint for the lifetime of the shoes — you only cover the cost of shipping.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes. We offer fully custom hand-painted designs — visit our Custom Design collection to get started. Please note that custom orders based on your own submitted design are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I find my size?

Can I buy nafari moda shoes as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, choose "Gift" as the size option and add the recipient's email address so we can confirm their size directly with them.
