Shipping Policy

Your order of hand-painted shoes is uniquely made for you. Our goal is to ship your order within 10-15 business days.

North America shipping

Shipping in U.S. and Canada is free for standard, ground orders of above $275.

International shipping

International shipping (outside of North America) is typically 5-7 business days once shipped, but can take longer if there are customs delays or unforeseen service interruptions. International shipping starts at $49 per shipment and increases based on the total weight of the package. 

Our international shipping fees, excluding any duties/customs fees, are based on rate provided by our shipping partner.

The shipping company will bill customer separately for any specific import duties, customs duties, and local taxes that are required by your country for delivery of your item.
